Goal of every call: get their EMAIL for the free demo. (Catchline on hold until SMS approval.)
Opener: "Hey, is this the owner of [name]? I'm Justin, I'll be quick — I build websites for [trade] businesses, and I noticed [name] doesn't have one. When someone Googles '[trade] near me,' you're invisible next to the guys who do. On purpose, or never got around to it?" Then be quiet.
The hook: "Here's my whole deal: I build your site first, completely FREE — you see the finished thing before deciding anything. Like it? $100/month, I handle everything — hosting, domain, updates, text me a change and it's done next day. Don't like it? No hard feelings."
Close: "All I need is your best email and the demo's in your inbox in a day or two. What's the best one?" (log INT + email in notes = WIN)
"Referrals only": "Referrals are the best — but when someone hears your name, first thing they do is Google you. The site closes what the referral started."
"Too expensive": "Three bucks a day, everything included. One job a YEAR pays for it."
"I have Facebook": "Half your customers aren't on it and Google barely shows it. A real site shows up in search."
"Is this legit?": "That's why you pay nothing up front — live examples at van-brusselen-builds.pages.dev."
Voicemail: "Hey, this is Justin — I build websites for [trade] businesses and I'll build yours free so you can see it before deciding. Text or call me back and I'll send an example. Thanks!"
